I had an amazing stay at Aloft Santo Domingo Piantini. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed with how clean and well-maintained everything was—from the entrance to the elevators and the rooms. The hotel felt incredibly secure, with a visible presence of either military or police officers, which made me feel safe throughout my stay. The staff was friendly, and the atmosphere was modern and vibrant. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Santo Domingo, and I will absolutely be staying here again!

New and clean. The stuffs are great with quick actions and friendly response. Jacinto is the best !!! He’s so professional and helpful during my stay. The Mexican restaurant at the first floor is impressive. The rooftop bar has great view and I appreciate Rudi’s service and fun conversation - Peña colada is a must-have. Another great thing is the lobby has open working space!

The hotel is nice, has restaurants around it, rooms with a view of the city and is very central. Everything was very delicious at breakfast

Brand new facilities, deco, very comfy beds, very friendly staff ( i got early checkin for free and free upgrade to a city view room)
